TA Truck Service

WORST TA TRUCK SERVICE EVER!!!! They don’t value your time. Long haired dude at the counter is super rude. Instead of saying ‘hi’, ‘hello’, ‘morning’ when you enter in the shop, he said, “WHAT YOU NEED!” in a rude manner. If this is how TA treat customers, then y’all drivers better start avoiding them. The guy at the Southern Pilot shop next to TA is super cool. I would definitely go to any other shop but never this TA again.

Fueled my truck and selected both fuel and DEF — the DEF pump wasn’t working. There were no signs or warnings at the pump; I only found out after going inside. This should be clearly marked in advance. Instead, I had to waste time, go inside, reposition my truck, and get back in line. Out-of-service pumps need to be clearly marked.

I've had to use their services twice this year. The first experience was a tire replacement on a trailer. I caught them early in the morning, pulled me into the shop and the tire was replaced in less than 45 minutes. I've been a driver since 98 and I've never received a tire replacement in record time like that. Ask for Luke...he's breaking records. My second great experience was a brake adjustment on a trailer. Again, I caught them in the morning and I was down the road in about 30 minutes. Chad broke the world record in the "BRAKE ADJUSTMENT" category. I've spoke with Chad in length and he missed his calling. He's bright enough to be an engineer. Last, but not least, I had the pleasure of handling billing with Rashawnna. She was very nice and took care of everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend this truck service for all your needs. Who knows? They may break more records and get you back on the road like they did for me. FIVE STARS FOR CHAD, LUKE, AND RASHAWNNA!

I checked in, and the woman at the counter took all my information: phone number, company name, truck number etc. She said it would take 4-5 hours. I went to bed and woke up 6 hours later. They said, «We don’t see you check in, so please wait another 3 hours.» TA Service has always been good, but this was a very unpleasant experience. If you check in and wait in line, make sure you’re actually checked in. 🙏🏼

Got my truck pm. The Ta in Boise Idaho over charged me 2 weeks ago so to make it right they paid for my oil this time. This TA did an outstanding job , quick , and professional and for once I got work at a TA and they didn't screw anything up. I would definitely use this location again. And the Boise location for handling there mistake.
